Kay Sprietzer is the founder and CEO of REI Office Solutions, a company she developed in response to her own frustrations with trying to find time to grow her Real Estate investing businesses (SimplySoldHomeBuyers.com & Rent2HomeMD.com) while keeping her day job as a computer programmer and systems analyst.
Kay has been investing since 2002. She has done a Lease Option as well as flipping her first house for a $65k net profit. In response to time restrictions and stresses of holding a full time job while running a real estate investor business, Kay created REI Office Solutions to help new and experienced investors to streamline their business, and give them the freedom of more free time.
When I was investing, I never liked seller calls. I still had a J.O.B and take my calls in my cubicle -- until my boss found out. So, I created a system to answer calls 24-7, answer FAQs, measure motivation, repairs, equity, ARV and repairs.
